SAS 70 Level II Audit

Creative Digital Imaging, Inc. has successfully completed a rigorous Type II examination and audit of our statement printing services in conformity with the Auditing Standards No 70 (SAS 70) for Service Organizations. Under the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) SAS 70 certification is obtained after several auditing procedures, which analyze and test the effectiveness and efficiency of a Service Organization’s control systems. The auditing standard includes five components: Control Environment; Risk Assessment; Control Activities; Communication and Monitoring. Each component provides control framework for an organization’s operating, financial reporting and compliance activities.

We feel it is prudent for us as a statement processor to manage internal processes efficiently, effectively and with a high level of transparency. This is especially important when a company processes and hosts customers’ billing data. Creative’s most recent audit was completed in 2010 by the independent certified public accounting firm of Macdonald Page & Co LLC, and indicates the successful examination of Creative Digital Imaging’s processes, controls, and procedures pertaining to our statement printing services.
