“Check’s in the mail?” Now you can Confirm®
Confirm® service, a product of the USPS, provides you with near real-time tracking information about your outbound bills, statements, direct mailings and incoming payments. An intelligent mail barcode is applied to each piece of your outgoing mail, which is then scanned throughout the postal process. If you use Confirm® service to track outgoing mail (Destination Confirm service), it gives you advance information about when your mailpieces will reach their destinations. If you use Confirm® service to track incoming mail (Origin Confirm service), it allows you to anticipate when customers’ checks, replies, or orders will be received by you.
